By creating an account or using the Senapati website, tools or API you agree to these terms.

Using the service
- You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep them secret.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, get around its limits, or resell or redistribute results in bulk without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Plans and payment
Plans, credits and limits are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel; unused credits do not carry over. Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable tax. Payments are handled by our payment provider, whose own terms also apply. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Results and liability
Results draw on third-party data and are informational only. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or any indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the billing period in which the claim arose.
Changes
We may change the service, prices or these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and we will notify account holders of material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the Indian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
