What counts as a credit?
Most endpoints cost 1 credit per request. URL reputation costs 2. Bulk requests charge 1 credit per item checked. Free-tier tool pages do not consume credits.
What happens if I go over my quota?
Requests return HTTP 402 until you upgrade or your monthly credits reset.
How do I get a paid plan?
Paid plans are invite only while Senapati is in early access. Create a free account, then press Request an invite on your billing page. We will email you once upgrades are enabled.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Your first payment for a paid plan is refundable within 7 days if you have used less than 10% of the plan's monthly credits. Renewals are not refundable. See the refund policy for details.
What payment methods are supported?
All major credit and debit cards.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. The price shown is the full monthly charge, with any applicable tax already included. Nothing is added at checkout.
